How much time do I need to commit?

OK… this is a biggie, isn’t it!

If you plan to work through the program in real time, as we drip out new content each work day for three straight weeks you’ll want to carve out between 1-2 hours per day to watch the videos, complete the frameworks, and engage with the community.

Mondays and Friday’s are lighter days.

Our students usually fall into one of three groups – and all work!

  • Real Time – the team agrees to schedule time each day and to progress and complete bootcamp in the 21 days it is scheduled.
  • Delayed Time – the team agrees up front (or after the first few days :-)) to space out their expectations, say giving themselves two weeks rather than one for each of the three modules.
  • Own Time – the team builds the bootcamp into their annual planning schedule.

All of these scenarios work!  We realize every company and leadership team is different with their own unique flow.  And as such the bootcamp has been designed to work as you do.

As a leadership team we spend so much time on the here and now and what is coming at us in the short-term.  This type of breakdown really drives home the need to spend more time on where we are going a year and five years from now.

Things are going to change – with or without us – I would rather control as many elements of my future as possible.
